Elder Law

Elder law is difficult to define but can generally be described as the type of law that is focused on the legal needs and concerns of the elderly and the disabled.  Many estate planning tools, techniques and advice will translate into Elder Care planning.  For instance, Elder Care Planning involves establishing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Advanced Directives.  Additionally, Elder care planning may involve Special Needs Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Medicaid Planning, and Medicare Planning.

Our attorneys have years of experience and training in Elder Care Planning and can assist clients in achieving their goals in this area of law.
