Zach Anderson
Zach Anderson is a lifelong native of Madison County. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Mississippi State University and a cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a Semi-Finalist in the Campbell Moot Court Competition and a Senator in the Student Bar Association.
Experience
Zach practices in the areas of estate planning and real estate law. Before joining Brodowski, McCurry, Maynor & Miller, he practiced at a large law firm where he handled a variety of corporate law matters.
In addition to his practice, Zach has authored the following published legal articles: “Alabama Takes Its Chance on Daily Fantasy Sports”, published in The Alabama Lawyer, and “Whose Sanction is it Anyway? A Look at the Circuit Split Over Applying § 1927 Sanctions to Law Firms”, published in The Journal of the Legal Profession.
Organization Membership And Community Service
Zach is an elected board member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association. He is also a frequent volunteer with the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program, performing pro bono legal services for local individuals and families in need. His favorite way to serve is through the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program’s “Lawyers in the Library.”
