Zachary (“Zach”) W. Anderson is a lifelong native of Madison County. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Mississippi State University and a cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a Semi-Finalist in the Campbell Moot Court Competition and a Senator in the Student Bar Association.
Zach practices in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Before joining Brodowski, McCurry, Miller & Hoekenschnieder, he practiced at a large law firm where he handled a variety of corporate law matters.
In addition to his practice, Zach has authored the following published legal articles: “Alabama Takes Its Chance on Daily Fantasy Sports”, published in The Alabama Lawyer, and “Whose Sanction is it Anyway? A Look at the Circuit Split Over Applying § 1927 Sanctions to Law Firms”, published in The Journal of the Legal Profession.
Zach resides in Huntsville, with his wife, Shelby.
